Business Purpose: CompliNavigator is a USA consulting company based in Tennessee. The purpose of our website is to share details of the services we provide to the public for the purpose of connecting and engaging with CompliNavigator for consulting services. The website has a Contact page which will collect the information you provide when you are requesting a meeting with our team (e.g., name, email, (any guests’ emails you enter), any text you enter regarding your requested meeting, and your phone (if you elect to have use send you a text message). This data is processed by a third party service, Calendly and their privacy policy and terms of use are listed on the scheduling form and here: “By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and agree to Calendly’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.“
Additionally, your IP address and browser user agent string is also collected to help detect and prevent spam.
Confidentiality: We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Personally Identifiable Information: General use of the website will not require personally identifiable information to be used or gathered.
CompliNavigator’s “Connect” page will gather personally identifiable information IF you request further information by entering your name, phone, and email, but you consent to the processing of that information at the time you enter it.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: CompliNavigator does collect non-personally identifiable information (also referred to as “non-personal information” or “aggregate information”) from website visitors.
